Wood Board Trip is a portable wooden climbing hangboard. Small and compact, it's great to put inside your backpack and always carry with you for your indoor climbing days.
Are you in fact in a cliff or in a block area where you find it hard to warm your fingers well? You can hang Trip wherever you want and start your heating.
But it is not only for this: you can also hang it at home and use it as a real beam without having to drill the wall.
With Trip you will have a good grip in the upper part so as to bring you to warm the big muscles with traction and then you have a long notch for suspensions and to improve our strength in the fingers. The central part of this notch is a little deeper to allow you even a healthy single arm workout!
Remember then that training on an unstable surface like this is useful for the musculature of the whole body since in order to avoid oscillations and rotations you have to stay in hold. The game therefore becomes more complicated and fun.
Also with this beam you can adjust the angle to make the notch more or less good.
