TOORX Pair of weighted ankles / wristbands are perfect for increasing the intensity of training whether it is climbing or fitness or muscle strengthening.
Once you wear this ankle brace or wrist brace you can train with an endless series of exercises such as leg jerks for the quadriceps and buttocks, abdominals and much more. You can also wear them and start making circuits in your climbing gym.
These are sold in pairs and weigh 2.5 kg each. They also have five different pockets with Velcro closure inside which there are five small weights of 0.5 kg each: you can then customize their weight.
