Rustam Climbing Pinchette is a climbing beam designed to train a prehension that is very difficult to train at home but that you will always find in your outdoor climbing projects!
It is in fact a beam designed to improve your stapling: studied in detail to not be traumatic on the wrists, in the side you will have two mega pliers!
In order not to miss anything, however, Pinchette still has two rows of notches of different thickness and a socket flared at the top!
In just a few centimeters you therefore have a 100% complete beam with which you can make beautiful training sessions at home: you can do a lot of suspension with or without an overload of kilos!
And if you see that the suspension starts to come easy, start doing tractions too, from the classic to the funniest ones and you will see how much your level will rise!
