Lattice Micros Holds are a set of six small climbing notches designed to improve your strength in the fingers.
Made of precious Tulipier wood, inside the package you will therefore find three pairs of grips each with two different thicknesses perfectly shaped to reduce the risk of injuries and very annoying and painful slipping.
You can therefore train on six different thicknesses depending on how you want to orient these grips: 4 or 10 mm, 6 or 12 mm, 8 or 14 mm.
