La Sportiva Testarossa version revisited 2019 is a climbing shoe suitable for all those climbers who make precision their main weapon.
In this shoe La Sportiva has used a mix of synthetic and natural materials in order to make the shoe more durable over time. The part of the toe and heel have a leather lining at the same time, while the central part is unlined. This increases the breathability without however diminishing the precision of a lined shoe.
Completely revisited the heel that, with a construction much more modern than the previous version, is entirely covered with a very soft rubber. This favors the heel but above all makes the whole shoe better!
The lacing system is asymmetrical so that everyone can tighten or widen the shoes as they see fit.
As for the sole, being a new generation shoe, we also find the half sole here. This makes it increase the level of tension of the shoe and also improve its wearability. In doing so, in fact, the arch will be well wrapped and you will feel like you have a sock on!
The mix is the now famous Super Vibram XS Grip 2, a soft but not too much mixture that, together with the midsole, offers you a good support in precise supports without becoming too rigid.
