La Sportiva Akasha II is a trail running shoe designed for long distances, extended duration training and ultra marathons, ultra trials and endurance races.
The fit is very comfortable thanks to the breathable and snug soft upper with a slip-on construction that avoids compression points. You'll also find unprecedented cushioning thanks to the Cushion Platform, a footbed that actuates the energy from your stride.
To reinforce the shoe externally, Dynamic ProTechTion inserts have been added to follow the shape of the foot.
As for the compound, finally, a Fixion Red is fitted, which is also equipped with Trail Rocker technology. This promotes the natural movement of the stride, outer heel - inner toe.
