Fizan Speed nordic walking poles are telescopic and the top in terms of lightness, made of 7075 aluminum alloy with two sections (16/14 mm).
The poles are adjustable in height using the Flexy system, from a minimum length of 75 cm to a maximum of 125 cm, depending on your height and the path to be faced, uphill or downhill.
The poles offer you the possibility to unload, especially downhill, up to 30% of weight. On the contrary, you have the opportunity to make the arms work more progressively, pushing on the sticks. An excellent tool that allows you to increase and improve not only the balance, especially on rough terrain, but also breathing.
The FR3 grip, supplied with a glove, is made of cork-colored rubber, ergonomic, comfortable and safe.
The tungsten carbide tip has a small washer suitable for hiking terrain. The latter prevents the stick from sinking between rocks and rocks.
The two Fizan NW Speed sticks weigh in total only 380 grams, maximum lightness, less effort and excellent control of the tool.
