Block Helden Wackeldackel are handles for folding made of wood, excellent for your free crossfit training, gymnastics, climbing and much more. Some muscle strengthening is always needed!
With these handles as well as safeguarding your wrists, you can perform a lot of different exercises by training your body's tension, strength and balance. In fact they can be positioned in four different ways: vertically with 100% stability, horizontally on one side where they oscillate a little, horizontally on the other side to have a very shaky tool and finally they can also be hung up to perform a good series of tractions.
Going specifically, the oscillating part is excellent for those who have problems with the wrist because, being an unstable surface, the wrist is very much unloaded by force, which concentrates more on the forearms.
The most flickering part has a very high level of difficulty: the surface on which it rests is pointed so the goal is to stay balanced on a point. But that's not all: the handles rotate too! Great for training the body's balance!
