BD Black Diamond Frontpoint Gaiter are ideal leggings for ice climbing. Gore-Tex upper suras, Frontpoint are high gaiters that close with straps in the front and drawstring in the upper part.
The adjustment in the instep is instead made with a nickel-plated strap to increase its durability.
Its fit is snug in order to wrap the boot well.
Attention: the size has nothing to do with the size of the boot but only with the length of the gaiter itself! The measurement of the gaiter is to be taken from the malleolus to where the calf ends (knee fold).
For gaiter in the range of sizes, then as the Ferrino Nordend (click here to view the product), we evaluate the S / M under 42 cm and the L / XL over 42.
However, if you have a very muscular calf, it is better to address a larger size than the one measured.
