BD Black Diamond Distance Wind Shell is a men's windproof jacket designed to always be carried inside your backpack.
In fact, its size is minimal and you don't even feel the weight: very light it weighs only 98 grams and you can enclose it inside its chest pocket. thanks to a loop, then, once enclosed, you can also hang it on your harness using a carabiner.
Made with an ultra-resistant ripstop nylon, this jacket also has a particular type of PFC-free DWR treatment. This finish is permanent so there is no need to renew it after several uses.
The result is therefore a windproof garment perfect for emergencies but also water repellent thanks to its treatment. Do not forget, however, that having been designed for outdoor activities on the move, it is air permeable: therefore breathable!
