Atomic Count XTD is a ski mountaineering helmet studied in every detail to make it comfortable, safe and adaptable to any type of head.
Equipped with RECCO system, Count XTD can be located in case of avalanche from the mountain rescue. Please note that the RECCO system, however, cannot be considered a substitute for the ARVA locator but a further protection.
Its In-Mold Dual Shell structure offers all the advantages that the classic in-mold structure offers, therefore resistance, sturdiness and lightness with the addition of a 360 ° side protection: in fact the helmet is literally cut in two, the upper and lower part, just to protect the head in every corner.
Furthermore, in the area of the shell we find a special technology called Holo Core which uses a material similar to that of egg cartons to create an absorption zone. This reduces impact to perfection and protects against vertical impacts (30% more than a normal helmet).
The Reflective Strap Station system, then, is a reflective locking system that serves to hold the front or the mask in place without the elastic twisting.
As far as the fit is concerned, this has been perfectly designed to be adaptable to everyone. With the Live Fit system, in fact, this helmet is 360 ° adjustable: it adapts to the size of the head thanks to a comfortable wheel in the back, but it also adapts to the shape as soon as you wear it, and it is also adjustable in height!
