Kraklboard Classic is an ideal climbing beam to accompany you during your workouts at home or in the gym.
Classic is the perfect tool if you want to improve your strength in the fingers or if you are forced home and you don't want to lose all the efforts made to get where you are.
Made of multilayer beech wood, it has excellent grip on the skin even when the beam starts to have a bit of magnesite on it. The porosity of the wood in fact makes sure that this is not very slippery.
Kraxlboard Classic has all the depth of grips you need to face your workout: suitable for medium to expert users, you can find both a little better notches to do repeated with maybe even kilos of overload, and notches a little less good that allow you to make bad suspensions!
The very interesting thing is that you also find sockets tilted downwards, therefore in negative. these allow you to train on inclinations that you often find on the cliff but on which it is very difficult to train both at home and in the gym.
All sockets are symmetrical so that you can perform the same exercise with both arms simultaneously while in the central part there are sockets designed for single arm training.
Finally, to end your workout with traction, or warm up, in the upper part you will find two nice good holds.
Don't forget that you can use this beam in combination with a peg board to make your workout even more complete, or with beautiful half-flared balls (not included)!
