Kayland Alpha Knit are shoes designed for approaches and fast hiking: you can therefore wear them to go climbing on the crag but also for day hikes if you don't want a more demanding boot.
The upper is in knit, a knitted synthetic material that guarantees unprecedented lightness and breathability. Being the knitted fabric effect, then, it makes the fit of the shoe extremely enveloping. the tongue is also ergonomic and ensures a firm and secure fit of the Alpha Knit.
The lacing system is fast in a single movement and there is a lace lock to avoid having them in the middle and therefore create discomfort while walking.
As for the sole and midsole package, however, you will find an EVA midsole that guarantees lightness and absorption of shocks and impacts and a Vibram Multiverse compound with a specific design for mixed terrain: maximum grip on the heel and full toe with climbing zone to allow even short climbs.
