Gear kits for climbing: ready-made kits combining several pieces of gear in one purchase, such as a rope with a tarp or rope bag, a rope with quickdraws and a belay device, or a harness with accessories. They are designed for those starting climbing and those renewing their gear.
Sections. Crag kits form the largest group, followed by climbing harness kits, trad kits combining cams and nuts, and bolting kits with hangers, bolts and chains for belay stations.
How to choose. Each kit's name lists its contents: rope diameter, quickdraw model and included belay device. Compare these with the gear you already own to avoid duplicates; ropes, quickdraws, harnesses and belay devices are also available individually in their respective categories.
